Job description
McDonald’s is seeking a General Manager for a high-volume restaurant in Blacksburg, SC. You will direct the team, drive profits, and ensure exceptional Quality, Service, and Cleanliness while upholding McDonald’s standards.
You’ll recruit, coach, and develop Department and Shift Managers, set ambitious goals, plan strategically, and lead the restaurant toward continued growth and guest satisfaction.
