Job description
McDonald’s is seeking a General Manager in North Carolina to lead a high-volume restaurant and achieve goals with a strong focus on Quality, Service and Cleanliness. You’ll coach Department and Shift Managers and help set their goals, with oversight of hiring and development to build a capable team.
Ideal candidates have GM experience in quick-service, hospitality, or retail, and you must be 18 or older to work in our corporate-owned restaurants. Excellent leadership is essential for success.
