General Manager / Multi Unit Area Leader
We are looking for dedicated multi‑unit leaders or experienced general managers ready to grow with us. You will lead one or more quick‑service Mexican restaurants, coaching and developing team members to ensure high quality food, drink and service. You will instill culture, motivate staff and exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities
Operate daily restaurant operations.
Recruit, interview, select, onboard and retain staff.
Utilize company training programs to build an efficient and friendly staff.
Develop talent to promote and fill internal management positions.
Maximize profit by ensuring systems for food, labor and cash management are used.
Model excellent customer service and monitor customer feedback.
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards and maintain cleanliness.
Grow sales through operations and community involvement.
Review P&L and create improvement plans.

Requirements
High‑school diploma or GED.
General‑manager level restaurant management experience.
QSR experience required.
Ability to hire, motivate, inspire and retain a team.
Ability to drive customer satisfaction and financial performance.
Reliable and willing to work in a fast‑paced environment.
