What You'll Do
As General Manager, you'll have full responsibility for the hotel's overall performance, including:
Delivering outstanding guest satisfaction and service excellence
Leading, coaching, and developing department leaders and associates
Driving RevPAR, profitability, and market share
Managing budgets, forecasting, and financial performance
Ensuring compliance with Marriott brand standards
Building a positive, engaging workplace culture focused on accountability and teamwork
Partnering with Sales to maximize revenue opportunities
Overseeing property maintenance and capital improvement initiatives
Maintaining the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence
Building strong relationships within the local business community
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
3+ years of General Manager experience in a branded hotel
Marriott brand experience strongly preferred
Proven success driving guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial performance
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Experience managing hotel budgets, forecasting, and revenue strategies
Ability to inspire teams while maintaining operational excellence
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred

The anticipated compensation range for the position is 110,000k-120,000k per year.
