Job description
Potbelly is seeking a General Manager in Marysville, OH to lead daily shop operations and foster a welcoming, high-energy environment for both team members and customers.
The GM will manage P&L, schedule staff, drive local marketing, ensure food safety, and maintain high standards of service. Candidates should have 2+ years GM experience in food retail, strong communication, and organizational skills; must be 18+, pass food safety certs, and be available 45+ hours/week.
