Base pay range: $85,000 – $107,000 per year.
Responsibilities
Provide leadership and direction to a team
Manage operations and finances of the business
Recruit and train new hires on business practices
Drive employee development
Ensure quality of work or service is maintained
Qualifications
Management and customer service experience with strong administrative skills
Demonstrated ability to lead
Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting; strong communication skills
