Serve as the primary management liaison to the Association Board, providing operational guidance, financial reporting, communication, and execution of Board priorities.

Build strong owner relationships through proactive communication and responsive management of property initiatives, projects, and issues.

Lead, coach, and develop the property team while establishing clear expectations, accountability, service standards, and a positive workplace culture.

Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and responsible stewardship of Association resources; partner with the Board on capital planning and property improvements.

Oversee maintenance, housekeeping, front office, vendors, and property projects while ensuring safety, compliance, unit condition, preventative maintenance, and alignment with East West Hospitality standards.

They’re also forward-thinking, able to respect The Wren’s history while identifying opportunities to evolve the property, service experience, and physical asset.
