Job description
Nissan Williamsburg is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our dealership in Williamsburg, VA. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of dealership operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the automotive industry.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the dealership, including sales, service, parts, and finance departments.
Develop and implement business strategies to meet or exceed sales and profitability goals.
Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
Manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and ensure cost-effective operations.
Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and the local community.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, legal regulations, and safety standards.
Identify and act on opportunities to enhance market presence and improve overall dealership performance.
Requirements
Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in the automotive industry.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
