Responsibilities
As a General Manager, you’ll be the quarterback of your store, ensuring every shift is a win. You’ll:
Lead Daily Operations: Oversee everything from quality control to team performance.
Inspire Your Team: Recruit, train, and develop a crew that delivers exceptional service.
Drive Profitability: Manage budgets, control costs, and grow the restaurant’s revenue.
Build Community: Promote Papa John’s and be a positive force in the local area.
Deliver Excellence: Ensure every customer has an outstanding experience, every time.
Qualifications
Experience: Restaurant management or supervisory experience required.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Certifications: Serv-Safe or local/state food service certification preferred.
Stamina: Comfortable lifting 25 lbs. and standing throughout your shift.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with computers and restaurant tech.
Availability: Able to work nights and weekends.
