Job description
Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants is seeking a General Manager for Piccolo Buco by Cooper’s Hawk in Oak Brook, IL. You will oversee a high-volume, full-service restaurant with a scratch kitchen, retail tasting room and Wine Club, driving guest experiences and team development.
The role requires a minimum of 2 years GM experience, strong leadership, financial acumen and excellence in hospitality. Competitive compensation includes base salary with bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.
