Our team is committed to precision, innovation, and continuous improvement, and we take pride in delivering excellence to our customers.Job Summary: We are expanding our operations and launching newly formed 2nd and 3rd shifts to meet growing demand. We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our manufacturing team. Applicants will have the opportunity to choose the shift that best fits their schedule.This is a hands-on role ideal for those who enjoy working with machinery and contributing to a collaborative production environment. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant industrial experience.Available Shifts:2nd Shift3rd ShiftApplicants may indicate their preferred shift during the application processKey Responsibilities:Operate and maintain industrial machinery and equipmentAssist in the fabrication and assembly of metal componentsPerform deburring and finishing tasks to ensure product qualitySupport shipping and receiving operations, including packaging and inventoryOperate forklifts and press brakes (if qualified)Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work areaCollaborate with team members to meet production goalsPreferred Skills:Forklift operationPress brake operationIndustrial machine operationDeburring and finishingShipping and receiving proceduresRequired Knowledge:Basic understanding of manufacturing processesFamiliarity with workplace safety standardsKnowledge of material handling and metal fabrication toolsAbility to Implement:Apply mechanical aptitude in a fast-paced environmentFollow detailed instructions and quality standardsAdapt to changing production needs and prioritiesWork independently and as part of a teamCompensation:Starting pay: $16–$18 per hour, based on competency and experienceOpportunities for wage growth based on performance, commitment, and skill developmentBenefits:Competitive pay based on competency100% employer-paid health insurance and HSA for employeesFlexible paid time off and holidays401(k) with employer matchingDiscretionary bonusesWe are excited to welcome new talent to our team!
