Job description
Essen Health Care is seeking Physicians for our Nursing Home Division in all five NYC boroughs. The selected candidates will provide continuum quality routine patient care and rehabilitation to our patients within a growing community network.
Responsibilities include examining, diagnosing and treating patients, coordinating care with specialists, and supporting care management across primary and specialty settings. NY licensure and board eligibility are required.
