Job description
Penn Medicine is seeking a full-time Program Director for Geriatric Medicine to join Lancaster General Health Physicians Geriatrics. The physician leader will guide strategic, clinical, quality, operational, and workforce efforts across ambulatory, post-acute, home-based, and consultative care settings.
The department comprises ~40 providers across multiple sites, with opportunities to rotate into hospital geriatric services and maintain an active clinical practice within the network.
