Job description
The Savoy at Fort Lauderdale Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing team. The PT assesses referred patients, develops rehab plans and delivers direct patient care to improve functional abilities.
You will establish treatment goals with the physician, document patient progress, supervise PT assistants, and educate patients and families while ensuring HIPAA compliance and high-quality, patient-centered care in a long-term care setting.
