Job description
Clover is seeking a compassionate registered nurse for full-time, in-person care in a long-term care/SNF/sub-acute rehab setting. This role focuses on geriatrics, ensuring meaningful life goals for residents and supporting a patient-centered care team.
Ideal candidates have an associate degree (preferred), RN license (preferred), and BLS certification (preferred). Nursing experience of 1 year is also preferred. Various shifts and on-call opportunities are available.
