Job description
Eventus WholeHealth is seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician (NP/PA) to deliver comprehensive primary care in skilled nursing and senior living communities. You will perform routine rounds, manage chronic diseases, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and facility partners to ensure proactive, whole-person care.
