Job description
Charles Schwab is seeking an accomplished Managing Director to lead Payments Product & Strategy across the firm’s enterprise rails and money movement ecosystem. You will define multiyear strategy, own the move money agenda, and guide product managers and owners to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
You will partner with Technology to modernize infrastructure, oversee BTS Data and Analytics, and align investments with Schwab’s long‑term objectives.
