Job description
AXA XL is seeking an Investigation Manager to lead internal investigations into whistleblowing allegations and potential improprieties by agents, vendors, or employees. You will assess severity, plan investigations, gather evidence, and prepare reports for executive review.
You will collaborate with Compliance, Claims, HR, Legal, and Underwriting, guide interviews across levels, and help determine corrective actions while supporting the Head of Investigations.
