Job description
Merck is seeking an Associate Director, Launch Excellence and Operations, to enable global launch readiness and operational execution across Global Specialty franchises. You will partner with Global Brand Teams and cross-functional stakeholders to drive consistency and excellence in launch planning.
The role requires 5+ years of pharma experience, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Hybrid work option and travel are included.
