Fastly is seeking a Head of Global Total Rewards to lead compensation, benefits, and wellness programs worldwide, reporting to the Chief People Officer. This role drives strategy, governance, and program design across the organization, ensuring competitive rewards that align with Fastly’s growth and culture.
The ideal candidate will have 12+ years in Compensation/Benefits/Total Rewards, expertise in executive pay, and strong partnership with the board and executives.
