Graff Ford of Chesterton | Parts Counterperson (Full-Time)
Graff Ford is looking for an experienced, organized Parts Counterperson who delivers great service to customers and technicians in a fast-paced dealership. Ford OEM parts experience is strongly preferred and earns a sign-on bonus.
Transparent Pay
$40,000–$45,000 per year, based on experience, with top of range for qualified candidates. Up to $3,000 sign-on bonus with verifiable Ford parts experience. Yearly performance bonus opportunities.

What You'll Do
Help customers and technicians identify and order the right parts. Maintain accurate inventory records, stock levels, and order tracking. Process invoices, returns, warranties, and core charges. Receive and organize incoming shipments. Price and label parts accurately. Keep the counter and storage areas clean and organized. Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and the service department.
What You Bring
Previous parts counter experience. Ford dealership or Ford OEM parts experience strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of parts, terminology, and parts diagrams. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask. Proficiency with parts management software and basic computer skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
