They take pride in ensuring that the community's exterior and interior are always fresh, clean, and appealing, allowing our residents to feel a deep sense of pride in calling a Wasatch Property Management community their home.What You'll Do:Enhance and beautify our community!Build rapport with residents.Respond to service needs and make ready schedule.Preventative maintenanceAmenity appearance - Notice the details by helping to maintain great curb appeal!Who You Are:A detail oriented and task-focused individualA strong communicatorA personable and confident customer service professional with a "Resident First" mindset.A Team PlayerOrganized and AccountableWhat We're Looking For:General interest in custodial and or maintenance work and an ability to demonstrate mechanical aptitude.Ability to operate hand tools and power equipment used in grounds keeping, such as blowers and power washers.Ability to follow detailed oral/written instructions.Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or on-call.Benefits and Pay Range:The pay range for this position is $15.00 - 17.25 USD per hour depending on experience, plus quarterly bonus potential!Candidates starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.Health, dental, and 401(k) program/matchPaid time off for vacation, sick days, and holidaysApartment Rent Discounts, bonuses, and recognition for a job well done!At Wasatch, you're more than an employee—you're part of a team dedicated to excellence.
