Job description
Cornerstone Caregiving in Springfield, MO is seeking an Office Manager to recruit, hire, train caregivers and coordinate schedules between clients and caregivers. You will report to the local Operating Director and support growth and daily operations.
The role requires at least one year in home care and at least one year in management, with strong communication and organizational skills. This is a fast-paced, expanding office with a commitment to high-quality in-home care.
