Job description
Regency Centers is seeking a Property Manager for its Washington, D.C. region, based in Bethesda, MD. The role requires onsite presence five days a week at Westbard Shopping Center and other assets.
You will support property operations, maintenance, events, budgeting, and capital projects to enhance cash flow and tenant performance. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in small commercial property management, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication.
