TidalHealth is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing Gynecology team in Seaford, Delaware . This is an excellent opportunity to work within a collaborative, patient-centered women's health program while helping expand access to high-quality GYN care in the community.
Position Highlights Full-time GYN Advanced Practice Provider position
Primarily outpatient gynecologic care
Evaluate and manage a broad range of women's health and gynecologic conditions
Provide routine exams, preventive care, follow-up visits, and patient education
Opportunity to assist with procedures and expand clinical skills based on experience and interest
Work collaboratively with GYN physicians and other members of the women's health team
Opportunity to participate in the education of residents and other learners
Supportive, team-based practice environment
Strong referral network throughout the TidalHealth system
Qualifications Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Eligible for Delaware licensure
Women's health, OB/GYN, or related clinical experience preferred
Excellent communication and patient-care skills
Commitment to collaborative, high-quality women's healthcare
