Job description
Boston Materials in Billerica, MA is seeking a Computer Engineer II to lead testing and evaluation of thermal interface materials in our advanced hardware environment, including GPUs and AI accelerators.
You will write software (Python, CUDA) to control high-powered chips, tear down and modify hardware, and analyze thermal data from PC cards, servers, and specialized rigs.
Expected salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year; climate tech applications; join a fast-moving, impact-focused team.
