Job description
Fiberhire in Somerset, MA seeks a strong Director of Rehabilitation to lead the rehab department at a small facility. You will supervise clinicians, collaborate with nursing and leadership, and directly impact patient care and outcomes.
The ideal candidate has MA licensure in PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP and prior rehab leadership experience, with a hands-on, team-focused leadership style.
