Job description
Boston Materials is seeking a hardware test engineer to work hands-on with advanced hardware systems, including GPUs and AI accelerators. You will lead the testing and evaluation of thermal interface materials (TIMs), write Python and CUDA scripts to control interfaces with high-powered chips, and interpret thermal data from PC cards, servers, and specialized hardware.
The role includes assembly, data collection, and optimization for thermal stress tests.
