Job description
We’re is partnered with a financial services company seeking an SVP to build and lead its compensation and benefits function within an evolving HR team.
This is a hands-on opportunity to overhaul the compensation framework, lead a comprehensive benefits and insurance review, and establish the processes and governance needed to support the business.
Key responsibilities
Redesign compensation structures and incentive plans.
Evaluate benefits and insurance coverage, costs and providers.
Support executive compensation, Compensation Committee and say-on-pay activities.
Strengthen reward processes, reporting and Workday capabilities.
What we’re looking for
Senior financial services experience with direct ownership of both compensation and benefits—essential.
A track record of transforming compensation and benefits programs and building functions in a fast paced environment.
A strategic thinker comfortable with hands-on delivery.
Workday expertise strongly preferred.
