Job description
Head of FP&A | Manufacturing | Greater Cleveland | $215K base
Our client is a growing, PE-backed manufacturing company seeking a Head of FP&A to join its finance leadership team. This is a highly visible, hands-on role reporting directly to the CFO and overseeing a team of three.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and corporate finance, with experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Compensation: $175,000-215,000 + bonus
Schedule: Onsite 5 days/week
Responsibilities:
Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities
Partner closely with the CFO and leadership team on financial performance and reporting
Oversee monthly reporting, variance analysis, and financial planning
Manage and develop a team of three
Help improve financial processes, reporting, and forecasting capabilities
Ensure priorities and deadlines are consistently met in a fast-paced environment
Support the business through growth and increasing financial complexity
Qualifications:
Approximately 8–15 years of accounting/finance experience
Strong financial reporting background with solid FP&A experience
Manufacturing experience required
PE-backed experience is a plus
Public accounting experience will be considered
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Hands-on, responsive, and highly accountable approach
CPA and/or relevant accounting background preferred
Open to a strong Manager ready to step into a Director-level role or an established Director
