Job description
Crescent Hotels & Resorts is hiring a Director of Sales & Marketing for the Washington Dulles Marriott Suites to lead the commercial strategy and drive revenue growth in the Northern Virginia market.
You will build and coach a high-performing sales team, develop market-facing plans, and cultivate key corporate, government, and leisure accounts. This role partners with Revenue Management and operations to translate strategy into measurable results.
