We work hard and collaborate to create our dynamic culture.

Overview

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Fundraising & Investor Relations Lead to drive our capital-raising efforts to a successful close. This role will own and execute all aspects of the fundraising process- from prospect research to LP engagement- while deepening relationships with existing investors.

Key Responsibilities

Fundraising Project Management

Own the end-to-end fundraising process, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and team coordination are on track through to close.

Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders to align on progress and priorities.

LP Targeting & Outreach

Build, segment, and score LP target lists with in-depth research on top prospects.

Execute structured outreach via CRM, email, and LinkedIn.

Leverage current LP network for introductions, passive asks, and referral incentives.

LP Engagement & Relationship Building

Serve as a thought partner to existing LPs to deepen relationships and identify upsell opportunities.

Organize 1:1 check-ins, customized updates, and strategic engagement plans.

Narrative & Materials

Manage creation and updates of segmented decks, one-pagers, and firm narrative.

Customize materials for specific LP segments (family offices, institutions, emerging manager programs).

Content & Brand Building

Drive LP-focused content strategy including thought leadership, media placements, and regular investor updates.

Events & Institutional Strategy

Plan and host investor dinners, LP summits, and conference appearances.

Develop long-term institutional relationships with pensions, endowments, and foundations.

Represent the firm at relevant emerging manager programs.

Data, Reporting & Systems

Track all outreach, LP interactions, and fundraising KPIs in CRM.

Optimize the fundraising tech stack to streamline workflows and reporting.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in fundraising or investor relations, preferably in early-stage VC.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex processes end-to-end.

Exceptional written and verbal communication.

Experience working with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and/or institutional LPs.

Proficiency in CRM tools and investor communication platforms.

Compensation

Comp: $140k – $150k. This is a ground-floor opportunity at a fast-growing, emerging fund with strong long-term growth potential. Aligned incentives offer meaningful room for salary growth and advancement.
