Job description
Penn State Health in Hershey, PA is seeking a Health Equity Program Director for a full-time, 1.00 FTE day shift role. You will lead and execute the system’s health equity agenda, integrating clinical, public health, and societal perspectives to promote health equity and reduce disparities.
You will oversee strategy implementation, collaboration with stakeholders, and advancement of health equity goals within a leading health system that values education, research, and compassionate care.
