Job description
Alexander Valley Healthcare seeks a Director of Human Resources to lead all HR functions, align strategies with organizational goals, and ensure regulatory compliance across federal, state, and local levels.
This role will drive recruitment, credentialing, employee relations, performance management, training, compensation and benefits, payroll, and HR analytics, while fostering a positive, compliant workplace culture within AVH.
