Job description
Gilbane Building Company is seeking a Senior General Superintendent II to oversee all field operations on large healthcare projects. This on-site role requires coordinating trade contractors, leading the project team, and ensuring safety and schedule adherence on a daily basis.
You will manage budgets, guide field changes, supervise site activities, and drive a culture of excellence through mentorship and collaboration with owners, engineers, and subcontractors.
