At Central Stone, we offer a competitive wage and benefits package including Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance, paid Holidays and Vacation, 401k with Company match, and more!Heavy Equipment Operator candidate requirements include:Safety-FocusedStrong mechanical aptitudeExperience operating heavy equipmentAbility to perform rigorous physical activities in all weather conditionsSelf-motivated with a solid work ethicOur ideal candidate would possess proven mechanical skills, welding, and experience maintaining and operating heavy equipment!Heavy Equipment Operator major responsibilities include:Follow all safety and environmental rules, regulations and procedures as set forth by company policies and MSHAOperate and monitor all equipment and production area safely and efficientlyPerform preventive maintenance and pre-shift inspections; repair and/or clean equipment as neededCommunicate with plant management team on all safety, maintenance, and production needsPerform other tasks as assigned by supervisorThis is a great time to join our team.
