n_ Join Our Team! $1,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time Team Members and $750 for Part-Time _
n** Salary starting at $20 per hour **
nnProvide assistance as needed with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort service, and other activities of daily living.
nFollow the schedule of resident’s needs set out by supervisor.
nProvide emotional and social support to residents.
nDocument daily log of assistance.
nInform supervisor of any resident issues or concerns.
nRespect and encourage the independence and dignity of the residents.
nRespect residents’ confidentiality.
n nnQualifications:
Qualifications
nnYou have at least one year of experience working in senior care.
nAcceptable proficiency in English to perform job duties, communicate with supervisor and other employees, and respond to and communicate in emergency situations.
nYou must have a valid HHA certification depending on the state.
nYou have basic computer skills.
nYou are compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic, and helpful.
nYou have the ability to work as a part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely and efficiently.
nYou possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
nYou have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables in high-stress situations.
nYou can maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward the residents and your co-workers.
