Job description
Costa Family McDonald’s in Navarre, FL is seeking an experienced General Manager to run a high-volume restaurant with a focus on Quality, Service and Cleanliness. You will lead a team of Department Managers, set goals, coach performance, and drive daily operations to ensure profitability and exceptional guest experiences.
Ideal candidates have prior General Manager experience in quick service or hospitality or retail, are 18 or older, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
