nPay Range: $16-18/hour
nBAYADA offers Home Health Aides (HHAs):
nnnHome Care Field Employees are eligible for any of BAYADA’s group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits if you work an average of 30 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period.

nnHome Care Field Employees working less than 30 hours per week are eligible for the Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans.

n nQualifications for HHA – Home Health Aide:
nnnMinimum one year work experience
n
nnCurrent HHA - Home Health Aide or CNA License
n
nnBLS Certified CPR
n
nnLevel II Background Check
n
n nJob Responsibilities for HHA – Home Health Aides:
nnnActivities of daily living
n
nnLight housekeeping
n
nnBathing
n
nnGrooming
n
nnToileting
n
nnNail care
n
nnRange of motion / exercises
n
nnTransfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
n
nnOral feeding
n
nnVital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
n
nnHome Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
n
nnAssisting with ambulation
n
nnMedication assistance
n
nnTransportation
n
