HHA/PCA Caregiver – $19–$21/hr | Flexible Schedule | Immediate OpeningsAbernathy Home Care is hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs) for immediate openings in Lynn and surrounding communities.If you're looking for meaningful work with a schedule that fits your life, we'd love to hear from you. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities, flexible scheduling, short and longer shifts, and local client assignments whenever possible.Whether you're looking to build a full schedule or pick up additional hours each week, our team will work with your availability and current client needs to find opportunities that are a good fit.What We Offer$19–$21 per hourFull-time and part-time opportunitiesFlexible schedulingShort and longer shifts availableWeekday, evening, and weekend opportunitiesImmediate client openingsBi-weekly payPaid orientationPaid travel time between clientsMileage reimbursement between clientsEarned sick timeEmployee referral bonus programEmployee discount programSupportive office staff and nursing teamFamily-owned home care agency serving Massachusetts families for over 30 yearsWhat You'll DoAs an HHA or PCA with Abernathy Home Care, you'll provide one-on-one support to seniors and adults in their homes, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible.Responsibilities may include:Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal careHelping with mobility, transfers, and ambulationPreparing mealsAssisting with light housekeepingProviding medication remindersOffering companionship and social supportEscorting clients to appointments or community outings when neededObserving and reporting changes in a client's conditionFollowing individualized care plansWhat We're Looking ForCurrent Massachusetts HHA or PCA CertificationCurrent TB documentationValid driver's licenseReliable vehicle with current auto insuranceAuthorization to work in the United StatesDependable and professional communicationCompassionate approach to caring for seniors and adults who need supportAble to work a minimum of 20 hours/weekPrevious home care experience is welcomed, but not required.Flexible SchedulingWe know every caregiver's availability is different.
