Job description
Louisiana HomeCare, part of the Optum family, seeks an Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR/L) for Home Health. Open positions include Full-Time, Part-Time or PRN to assess and plan care for patients in their homes.
You will evaluate functional status, activities of daily living, and order adaptive equipment, with documentation and coordination with physicians. Must hold OT licensure in state and CPR; valid driver's license and dependable vehicle.
