Job description
AdventHealth seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide in-home care in the Clermont, Minneola, and Groveland area. You will assess function and develop individualized care plans, coordinating with physicians and the care team to achieve positive outcomes.
Requirements include an OT license and BLS; 1+ year of home health experience is preferred. Master’s in Occupational Therapy is preferred. Strong documentation and communication skills are essential.
