Job description
Samaritan Home Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to perform initial evaluations and re-evaluations and to plan and implement comprehensive PT programs for patients, residents, or registrants referred by physicians. The role may involve supervision of PTAs or Rehab Aides if such staff are employed in the Rehab department.
The ideal candidate has a BS in Physical Therapy, NY state licensure or eligibility, and strong interpersonal skills to engage patients across age groups.
