Job description
UnitedHealth Group's North Idaho Home Health seeks a Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients in home-based settings, collaborating with physicians and the care team to implement plans of care.
You will document visits, coordinate with nurses, and ensure compliance with state regulations while contributing to ongoing care planning and patient outcomes. A PT license and driver's license are required; CPR is preferred.
