Job description
Spokane Valley Assured Home Health, part of the Optum family, seeks a Physical Therapist to evaluate patient needs and develop treatment plans for home health care across Stevens and Pend Oreille counties, including Chewelah, Deer Park, Newport and Colville.
You will assess functional status, mobility, endurance and pain, implement interventions, document progress, and collaborate with physicians and the care team to optimize patient well-being.
