Job description
Penn Medicine is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide skilled therapy in patients’ homes across the community. You will assess patients, develop and carry out individualized therapy plans, and collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other team members to optimize outcomes.
The role requires PA licensure, a CAPTE-accredited degree (MS or DPT preferred), CPR/BLS, and a valid driver’s license with car insurance.
