Job description
UnitedHealth Group's Louisiana HomeCare, part of the Optum family, is seeking a Physical Therapist for home health evaluations and treatment planning to improve mobility and function. This full-time role offers a $7,500 sign-on bonus and also includes part-time or PRN opportunities.
You will assess patients, develop plans of care, and collaborate with nurses and physicians while traveling to patient homes and maintaining documentation per policy. A current PT license and CPR are required.
