Job description
Elara Caring is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide direct patient care in home settings across our coverage area. You will evaluate patients, develop and adjust plans of care, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.
The role requires graduation from an APTA-approved PT program, an active PT license, and 50% travel. We offer tuition reimbursement, continuing education opportunities, 401(k), PTO, holidays, and more.
