Job description
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time position providing home health visits in the Wilmington area and surrounding communities. The role requires at least one year of PT clinical experience and a CAPTE-approved degree.
You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, delivering rehabilitative care and skilled nursing in patients' homes, documenting progress, and educating families to support independent living.
