Job description
CenterWell Home Health in Wisconsin seeks a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver in-home care and help patients regain strength and independence in their own homes.
You will work with a Physical Therapist and Branch Director, document care weekly, and participate in in-services while maintaining infection control standards. Requires PT license, driver's license, CPR, and English fluency.
